I was first introduced to Bodypainting in 2008, when I photographed a modeling workshop in Denver. I photographed at another local workshop a few years later. But I really had a pinnacle experience photographing at the 2019 World Bodypainting Festival in Klagenfurt, Austria.  It is an annual event attracting the best painters from around the world. The artistry is simply amazing.

I was able to follow that up with a visit to the Texas Body Paint Competition later in 2019. While things have slowed a bit on the festival side due to Covid, I am looking forward to doing more shoots in the future.
